Tamiko White, founder of White Noise Consulting, is a creative brand consultant, media personality, and writer. As an experienced brand builder, Tamiko has worked with an impressive list of clients over the past 25 years- in front of the camera and behind the scenes- to help everyone she works with build an inedible and profitable brand.
As a fashion industry insider, Tamiko has owned her own fashion showroom, managed global sales and marketing for fashion brands, and is a former adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. Her capabilities include marketing, brand managing, fashion media producing, and creative direction.
Adding author to her CV, Tamiko’s first published book, CAREERS IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY, is a glossary guide to jobs in the fashion industry. Her widely read “Trend Statements by Tamiko White” are released quarterly to teach fashion creatives how trends influence their business.
Her weekly “Accessories are Punctuation” edits for the Accessory Council highlight what’s happening in the accessory industry.
Additionally, she has written over 20 e-books that teach lifestyle brands how to grow their businesses.
Currently, Tamiko consults brands, creative directs, and contributes her fashion expertise to television and magazines. Passionate about sharing her vast knowledge and keeping her community informed about the business of fashion, she is a contributing writer who offers her insights about the ever changing fashion industry.
