Maybe we are being paranoid, maybe this is just us seeing things, or maybe, we are just reading more into it than we should be. But there appears to be a lot more Black women than black men, on broadcast television and other entertainment platforms over the last year or so.
This would be good, right? But now I am seeing fewer black men. Now what can we attribute this to? Should statistics (not available now) prove us right, or, are we peddling a new conspiracy? Just saying
I know that Black women hearing this may get pissed off. You have always been at the bottom of the pecking order when it came to pay and career advancement.
