Work and formal education includes experience in project accounting, budgeting, strategy planning and risk management in an information systems environment.
Holds a Bachelors Degree from SUNY College at Old Westbury in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Technology Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Licensed Project Management Professional (PMP).
Lyle J. James
VP in financial industry with 35 years industry experience and proven management, leadership and team building skills; proven track record of accomplishment in relationship management and retention. Experience includes conceptualizing and implementing business plans and meeting set goals and objectives. Strong PC/spreadsheet skills and a familiarity with customer contact software systems, excellent multi-tasking and organizational aptitudes, and proven ability to influence business partners. Foremost personal traits are integrity, credibility, ethical behavior and excellent communication.
Robel Sebany, President SHIFT’D,
is a proven leader in the merchant acquiring industry, with 20+ years’ experience in leading Operations teams and serving as a strategic liaison with Executive, Development, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, and Audit groups.
From his earlier days at a growing ISO (independent sales organization) to leading teams at a multi-national third-party processor, Robel continues to focus on bridging his industry knowledge and relationships with leading edge technology solutions and partnerships.
By starting and managing teams at various stages of a payment’s organizations development (Deployment, Quality Assurance, Residuals Management, Customer Service, Advanced Product Support, Compliance and Pricing & Portfolio Management), executive level participation, engagement with the major card brands, acquiring banks and technology partners, Robel has a unique skill set and background.
Prior to starting Shift’d, Robel was the Chief Operating Officer at SignaPay, an Irving, TX based ISO. Prior to joining SignaPay, Robel held multiple roles at EVO Payments International, a Melville, NY based multi-national third-party processor, most recently as VP Operations, US. Prior to joining EVO Payments International via acquisition, Robel was the SVP of Operations of Encore Payment Systems, an Addison, TX based ISO.
